Assistant Coaches

Soccer Coach Job Summary Our athletics department is looking for an experienced Soccer Coach to lead our team. You need to have a background in playing the sport at a high level and some coaching experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to motivate our players and help them hone their skills. We prefer candidates with a degree in a sports medicine-related subject, but your experience on the soccer field is the most essential qualification for this coaching position.  Soccer Coach Duties and Responsibilities Lead practices to help players improve their performance Strategize on player positions Develop an on-field strategy Make calls and substitutions during games Help players stay fit during the offseason Soccer Coach Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferred) Experience as a soccer player and an assistant coach Leadership and communication skills Familiarity with fitness and exercise science
